Each ticket admits one person only. Lost, damaged, or tampered tickets/wristbands will not be replaced.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is officially cancelled by the organisers.

QR Code Entry & Group Ticket Policy

Each successful booking generates a single QR code per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

  • The QR code grants entry only for the exact number of attendees linked to that booking.
  • All attendees must enter the venue together at the time of first scan.
  • QR codes are single-use and cannot be scanned multiple times.
  • Once scanned, the QR code becomes invalid for any further entry or re-entry.
  • Failure of the full group to arrive together will not qualify for refund, transfer, or exception.

Guests are responsible for coordinating arrival with their group prior to reaching the entry gate.

The organisers will not serve alcohol.

Guests may bring their own beverages (BYOB) subject to:

  • compliance with legal drinking age

Guests seeking stay arrangements must contact the organisers via the official email ID provided. Confirmation is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

Security & Safety

All guests are subject to security checks. Prohibited items, illegal substances, unsafe behaviour, or violation of event rules will result in denial of entry or immediate removal without refund.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone.

  • Clear and enthusiastic consent is essential in all interactions.
