Terms and Conditions (Including Cancellation & Refund Policy)

By using GuestifyMe (website, scanning app, or any service), you fully agree to everything below.

1. Service Overview

Regular guest-list passes are 100% free.
Cover charges (stag/couple/girls) are normally collected in cash/UPI at the venue door.
In some events we collect cover charges (or full amount) online via Razorpay and settle the balance to the organizer after deducting our commission (usually 10–25%).

2. Entry Rules

A guest-list spot never guarantees entry. Final decision is with the venue/organizer (capacity, dress code, behaviour, couple/stag policy, etc.).
Cover amounts shown are indicative and can increase at the door without notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Rules

A. Free Guest-List Passes
→ No payment taken → nothing to cancel or refund.

B. Cover Charges Paid in Cash/UPI at the Door
→ Paid directly to venue/organizer → GuestifyMe never receives this money → any dispute/refund must be settled on-spot with the venue.

C. Cover Charges / Full Amount Paid Online via GuestifyMe

Event cancelled or postponed by organizer → 100% automatic refund within 5–7 business days.
Denied entry after online payment → 100% refund if you inform us within 2 hours of denial.
No-show or change of mind → no refund.
Maximum 2% + GST Razorpay processing fee may be deducted.

D. VIP Tables / Advance Full Payments

Cancel >48 hrs before → 100% refund
Cancel 24–48 hrs before → 50% refund
Cancel <24 hrs or no-show → no refund

E. How to Claim Refund (for online payments only)
Email guestlist@guestifyme.in with your name, mobile number, event name, and Razorpay Payment ID. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Commission & Settlements

Organizers agree to pay GuestifyMe the displayed commission (0–25%) on total cover charges collected from GuestifyMe-referred guests (whether collected at door or online).
Settlements are made daily/weekly via Razorpay Route or bank transfer.

5. Prohibited Actions

Fake entries, bots, reselling spots, discrimination beyond standard couple/stag policies, or any illegal activity will result in immediate ban.

6. Liability

GuestifyMe is only a technology platform. We are not responsible for entry denial, event quality, safety, injuries, police action, or any issue at the venue.

7. Data & Privacy

Handled as per our Privacy Policy (incorporated here by reference) and Indian laws (IT Act, SPDI Rules, DPDPA).

9. Changes & Governing Law

We can update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance. Governed by laws of India; disputes subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
